1. Introduction
Ball mill is a kind of machine for discontinuous production. It is special equipment that is especially used for fine-grinded dry material. Customer can control production time according to the characteristics of raw material (grain size, hardness) to achieve the fineness required. With simple technology, large capacity, low investment and easy maintenance, our ball mill can make customer get ideal production with lower cost, which make this equipment is widely used in chemical, biological chemistry, ceramic, abrasive material, resin, paint and medicine as well as other industries.
Since the advent of water jacket ball mill, the use of ball mill has been much expanded. It can reduces the temperature of material by 5 ~ 10℃. The cooling effect will be better by using chilled water, which is greatly advantageous to process heat sensitive chemical industrial raw material. Selection of the inner lining for ball mill affects directly production quality and lifetime of ball mill. In recent years, all dry material processing enterprises choose to affix “95 tile” for ball mill and use “6101 epoxy resin” as affixing material. They choose to use “95 porcelain balls”. Although the price of tile is a bit high, which increases one-time investment cost, it is quite favored by aminoplast industry because of its high hardness, impact resistance and no colored dots.
 
2. Transmission and speed adjusting
All our ball mills are driven by gear. It has the advantages of stable drive, long trouble-free operation, low noise and high drive efficiency, especially no contamination that effect quality. Starting electricity current of ball mill is large because of its huge size and heavy weight. Too quick rotation speed for material output can cause spill of powder easily and results in the loss of product and environment pollution. In order to solve these problems, it is necessary to select suitable speed adjustment system.
We have two kinds of speed adjustment modes for choice:
1). Speed adjusting motor: power cabinet is simple and motor is complex.
2). Frequency convertor: power cabinet is larger and motor is simple.
